Been reading so i know what these usually go for and I'm actually willing to let them go for cheap if the offer is good. We can do , ill give u all my personal information if needed, whatever it is you want just so i can get rid of these damn things. If you live in the NYC/Long Island area hell i'll even meet you somewhere, you bring the money and ill bring my laptop and we can go online and do the trade. whatever it takes.

First off, do NOT accept paypal for this trade. People will pay from an IP that is not their normal one then attempt to "charge back" the transaction. This will result in paypal removing the money from your account and giving it back to theirs.

Second, I'm interested and could pay you in cash when I move to NYC in 2 weeks.

Even gifts can be charged backed. If someone stole a paypal and wanted to keep the money they stole, if what you're saying is true, all they'd have to do is send one of their accounts the money as a gift.

Seriously man, don't accept paypal from anyone who is not extremely trusted.

 

Tbh I'd only trade with 500+ Vouches if I were you... Or a Mod/Admin that would be the safest thing to do. Or Sell them via P.A.

 

the price of the partyhats brings many many scammers as a suggestion i wouldnt go first to anyone unless the person happens to be mod/admin or someone along the lines of kerokerokola and others cant remeber their names paypal is in noway safe at all and should never be used but their is other options eft's meet up wu pa p.a is paypal but safer for buyer and seller

 

Paying as a gift won't save you.

Selling to a trusted user (like myself ) will

 

To be honest, sending it as a gift is useless. People can still always chargeback whenever they want. People could always use stolen PayPal account too. The safest way to sell these are to mods and admins; maybe with people over 400-500 vouches? There are a lot of scammers when it comes to party hats and rares.

 

Don't bother, he will ask you to go first lol.

 

lol yeah he offered me a green for 500 I asked him to use a omm and he insisted I go first or at least 50\50 lol.
