Just posting on this to say that vouche was made by me and I did buy this guide. It is more of a lure than a scam, but it is very unique. I do not feel that this is common knowledge, and to be 100% honest, I would have fallen for this if he tried it on me, and I have been playing RS for 10 years and main is level 135 and by no means a noob.

Buy with confidence, I truly hope to see this guide get officially verified. Also, a unique thing about this lure, it is possible to get party hats from people with this lure, even if the party hat is their most valuable item...
