How Do OMM annd MM work with this?

ok say i want to buy an item like a giftcard for RSGP how can i use a MM or OMM for that?


also cant they just write down the card number and use online?

 

I'm pretty sure you give the OMM/MM the rsgp, then the other trader would give you the card.

 

thans couldnt they still use it online? though if they wrote down the number?

 

They could always do that I guess, it would be like purchasing an account and the owner recovering it. Either way it's scamming and if you can prove it they'll be banned.

 

OMM's/MM's don't scam, majority of the times as long as you find someone.

You give RSGP and other person gives GiftCard info to MM
MM switches the owner's possession's around.

Done deal.

 

If you're worried about that, only buy giftcards that have a PIN section that hasn't been scratched off yet.

 

Trusted MM's or OMM's won't do that. Not many feel like getting banned for a giftcard.

 

MM gets gp. MM gets the card info. MM checks the card is valid. MM tells the card info to buyer. Buyer applies card. MM gives cash.

The mm should be videoing this entire trade for their own safety to avoid fraudulent claims via the buyer.

Also the mm should wait a few minutes before telling the buyer the number so the seller cannot try to claim the card during the trade.

 

Usually the seller. Cn send the card unscratched to the mm I guess?

Only reason I can think of for that is that you're planning to give it to someone as a present? If that's the case then the giftcard should not be open in the first place, revealing the code. So it would be a standard rl item trade for the mm
