invalid no proof

I purchased services from cynx and everything was smooth, I am sure I’m not the perfect patient customer, and can’t be hard to deal with, but nothing justifies this. After 250$ and many quests and skillkng completed, yesterday the services were rendered complete. I was out of town on business so today when I return home, to change passwords and pins, mind you I set prior to start of services, per there terms and services, so there the only people who received this set of passcodes, I log in to find a completely wiped bank. Probably 450m which I know isn’t a ton, but was everything I had. When I asked them what happened, they said I’m trying to take advantage of them. That I scammed myself. Thing is, it’s a Jagex account so all log ins require a code sent to my email, which no new ones have been sent since completion nor would anyone no the passcodes I set for them for there’s services, other than them. They refused to help, so I am posting here to warn everyone else. I have the screenshots of all of this, and proof via email no one else signed in other than them and their workers. I just am having trouble uploading the pictures, so if an admin would kindly show me how I will do that
