Which siggy?

So... I downloaded Photoshop yesterday, and have pretty just now starting messing around with it. Which siggy looks better? And also say what I need to improve on, because I'm only just starting!

I can't really choose between either one of those.. You should really work on the colouring and the text as it looks bad now, don't make it look too harsh; make it nice for the eye to look at and you're -cashier sound-!
Also; Make sure the colours fit together, as green, yellow and red kinda curse together, once more; make it nice for the eye to look at!

If you ask me, go ahead and try to redo them in a more "blending" fashion, so it's more easy and appealing to look at before using either of these. Best of luck with PS.
