Honest Member Banned for posting viruses?

I was banned for 3 days for posting a virus. I though I would help out the Runescape cheating community by sharing a new bot I have found. I uploaded the bot to a file sharing website called http://www.wupload.com. I did not have any viruses attached to the file. I was accused of it but I did not know you couldn't post a file download for a Runescape bot in the cheating section without getting banned. I would not want to risk my account or reputation on Sythe over a bot I was trying to share. The file did not have any viruses or account stealing software.

please scan this file it is not a virus just simply a runescape bot. same link I posted.
