IRL Guides Section

My suggestion is to have an IRL guides section. I feel its needed because you don't get many views in the OTHER GAMES MARKET > OTHER SALES.

This could be a good addition for those who have legit IRL money making guides or anything to sell.

Plus, more work for the OGV's which I'm sure they'll enjoy

 

If you read the small print underneath the sythe logo, it says "the craiglist of virtual goods". I don't think such a guide would flourish on this forum. Of course this is my opinion.

 

We use to have one. It had its own mods too, "User educators" It was then changed to "Community educators" and then the whole thing got dumped.

Just shows how new people react to sythe i guess.

Anyway, support, i want this section back.

 

I meant, like people sell runescape guides, so why not IRL guides, should choose specific OGV's that will check the guides properly.

 

A guide would be a virtual good, also people sell runescape guides and people buy them, so your point doesn't really make any sense.

What guides can there be about irl besides illegal activities? You say money-making method irl but besides buying a pack of cans to sell individually, how else can you learn and make money without illegal activities irl from a guide?

 

I gotta say, that sounds pretty good to have.
The thing is, imagine how broad that section would be =o.

I was thinking like, IRL verified guide, unverified guides then free guides or something along those lines.

 

No offence, but, do you use your brain much? Just because I said IRL, it doesn't mean a guide on selling physical items IRL does it? Making money online is real life, is it not? There are a lot of LEGAL ways to make money online, apart from ptc sites, surveys etc.

 

There are obviously more ways to make money IRL >.<
Not all guides have to be about money making. Maybe a guide to learn to play the guitar, that's IRL too.

I support, this section would really enjoy me, I might be able to write some guides

Just use non virtual market to sell guides, other than that you could put guides in Off topic section as they seem fit, like if it is about money put it in assets, if it is about some way to better yourself, put it in personal support or general discussion.

I don't really see this sections being that big as most of the sub forums we already have would work just fine.

 

No, why would this be needed? Anything you don't know how to do for yourself regarding real life you could just google. Any money making guides to make cash fast aren't so extreme where they'd need a whole section to them self. No support.

 

I don't care what anyone says. There are other guides to life like the ones that have posted about relationship, bullies, training your dog, etc. It could be just a "General Life Guide" such as the ones stated above but with their own category for it. I don't think there could be any place for the guides to be sold but MANY people actually like making guides and it would be a nice feature added to the site.

I support this suggestion, BTW. I liked that section.

 

I have the same thread open for a week now but I just named it 'Other' As all the verified guides that are sold on sythe are Runescape-related.
