And how do we know it won't be recovered and banned, considering it's an admins account.

Do not flame him for asking for proof it's a completely reasonable request. And your claim of having it for a Year is NOT Proof. Chances are if it was actually an account belonging to a member of Microsoft then it would be reclaimed almost instantly after the so called "admin" realised it was no longer in his possession.

I don't see proof of it being an admin account. I need more proof to allow this because all I see is a normal account with the name having xbox in it.
