- Jagex Coins ? Insufficient Membership?

Hey guys so I was botting agil on my level 3 skiller, my membership was set to runout on the 16th. When I login I get a message saying I don't have membership credit and I must add credit to play.. I go to add credit and i am -160 jagex coins ?? I must pay it before I can do anything? Wtf, someone please help. The only option is to add 200 Coins which is $20.00 USD.

 

Most likely problem:

- You were banned and to have your account reinstated you must pay
- Chuck Norris yawned.
- Something unknown happened
- Scammed

 

I got this too. I think you bought a upgrade that was charge backed

 

Had the same thing when I bought an upgrade. FML.

Ugh, now I need to spend $20 just to reactivate my account. Worst part about it is the pin seller was here on Sythe too, just another scammer =/

 

Take a screenshot of the negative balance and report the seller.

 

I don't think that is sufficient prove to get a ban. Unless you have pictures of the trade?

 

Well, there would be vouches or posts to prove a trade did happen. And I think there would be a date for the negative credits.

If not, I think it's at least worth a TWC for the upgrade seller.

 

Yeah I got the same thing on the 2 of my accounts today that I upgraded using this guy: http://sythe.org/member.php?u=304305 I've got his vouch, and I checked his vouches and saw that you vouched for buying a membership from him too. He must've charged back the money and scammed us.

 

Only way you can go negative is if your payment for membership was taken back hence, leaving you in negative credit having you pay it off.

 

^ Not really. If you reinstate a banned account, you get negative fagex credit as well and you have to pay it off before playing again

 

Your upgrade got chargebacked.
