fastest way from 70-99 range

any suggestions I will spend 100-200m on it if needed.

Chins or cannoning are the best ranged methods.
If you're a pure, try to use places where you can sasp/lure.
Do you have prayer?

 

Experiments, but they might be filled with bots...Try blue drags in members dungeon, you get good loot and range xp

 

Just go red chinning at the monkey skeletons under ape atoll, and make sure you have at least 43 prayer for protect melee.

Chinning is the best hands down, at 70 range you'll get around 150k/hour, but it steadily increases as you get higher and higher range

 

Aviansies is an epic place. That's how I got 99 Range. + You make a ton of cash.

 

damn 150k xp per hour at 70, wasnt expecting that. Ill have to give it a go.

 

This is can be over 200k exp a hour. Fastest in the game, gets boring but worth the levels. make sure to keep a eye on your prayer or you'll die in like 3 seconds. (I know from experience)

Yeah don't bot at the ranging guild. If you want fast xp, but not blowing all your cash, Get quite a few iron/black knifes and kill zombies in the basement of the mages guild. Very good spot.

 

Never heard of that. Chinning in Ape Atoll is the best.

If you have cash to spend, definitely chinning at ape atoll! You won't spend more than like 20-30m* for 99 so it should be no problem.
