    Fastest Way to Train Combat

Hi guys, I have a question for all you members, in runescape, out there. Before I begin training combat again, I was wondering where I would be able to go and train for the fastest melee experience. Also, could you please state what one would need to train there and how much experience one could receive an hour. By the way, my combat level is 114. I would appreciate all serious comments and suggestions. Thank you.

Experiments are full of botters now, no point going there.

I suggest bandits in the desert. Just buy a "Bandit Teleport" for 30k from ge and your there.

Since you have 70+ def you can use guthans to heal you, and change to your regular training (rune?) outfit, and heal once again when needed.

It is around 60k-70k xp an hour.

I've found bandits too not be very good experience, since guthans doesn't always work when you would like it to. And if you want to train there with guthans, you should be wearing the set the whole time, which subjects you to either defence or controlled xp.

Going off what my bro kero said, LRC is awesome if you have high defense. Also, a bunyip or unicorn helps.

What would be considered high defence and is it ok if you take a terrorbird instead?

85+ and no, you need the healing effect of a bunyip or Unicorn. That's how you stay there so long. As a bank is very far away. I can stay here for 7 + hours with bunyip pouches.

Would 81+ def be ok? And if I don't have access to either of those familiars, would it be better if I didn't take any familiars at all?

Like I said, for this spot to be effective you need a bunyip at least. As the bank is far away and would cut the xp in half from all the bank trips,

Since, I don't have a bunyip, yet. I'm guessing I have to go to armoured zombies for the fastest xp?
