where shall i train?

i got a lvl106 with 99 str, where should i train. its f2p please help.

 

Spiders in the Security Stronghold.

 

Is there a bot for that?

 

erm possibly check, and personally id say cockroaches as u cud kill them fairly fast + good loot rune scimmies etc

 

Or zombies, they are empty usually?

 

You can just do Ankous as they are usually empty and give pretty decent xp.

 

Anything at the bottom few floors of security, rakes in a good amount of exp.
Cockroaches are a good alternative, too.

 

For f2p, spiders are are your best bet.
