Disputing my TwC - I Fatality I

I was accused in multiple crimes and the accusers proof was rather insufficient. After providing pages of explenations to the situations the scam report was finally closed. I feel like I've been TwC'd with no reason at all.
In addition the original case I was accused in took place about a year ago.
Do I really deserve a TwC for something that happened so long time ago? I even provided proof that the banned member who was accusing me even lied in his report.

You said "I am the first and only owner of this account" speaking of an account that you admit you recovered from Fuzion LTD. A TwC for that seems appropriate.

 

Yes a dubious mistake that I made a year ago I used special forms for selling accounts and only one account that wasn't mine slipped in.
We resolved the case with Fuzion LTD over 4 months ago, also he was lying in his scam report.

I really don't see why should I be TwC'd now.

 

Some additional input would be nice.

 

I'd like to see the TwC stick a little longer.

Explain the bolded part? You said this as a response to the scam report.

 

This was respond to accusal of me having too many similar titles when selling accounts. What I ment is that I do not recover accounts I sell, I did it once and that happened very long time ago and I regret it - and as you know I had my reasons - explained in original scam report.

If you recovered an account a while ago, you should be perm banned, not TwC'd. Have you been pardoned for this offence?

 

No I haven't been.
Hope you consider the fact that I wasn't fully paid for the account, was supposed to be getting attention of buyer who I wasn't able to contact for a long time.
Anyway this is history, I've developed my shop and matured so nothing like this wouldn't even happen again.

After I posted the report, Ferrariman contacted me to ask if he should be concerned, since he bought an account from you. Sure enough, two days later he told me it had been hacked, recovered for him by you, and then hacked again. It was hacked a third time (at which point he had to reach you via another MSN, since you had removed and effectively blocked him) before he requested a refund via WU. You refused, saying you would only offer a swap.

This is the point that I have a problem with. You sell these insecure accounts (even multiple times, judging by the fact that you sold the 133 to three different users despite having to refund at least one of them for the account being repeatedly hacked), and you offer partial refunds - in Mepis' case, even though you admitted it was your fault, you only gave him half the purchase price, and in Ferrari's case, you refused to refund him via the method he paid with.

As you've said yourself, "I just buy them back with little lower price". If the accounts you sell are faulty, you are responsible for a full refund - especially since you don't give the recovery information to the buyers, so the account remains fully in your possession once you recover it.

For this, for falsely claiming to be the original owner of at least one of your accounts (and probably others, judging by how much you used that thread format at the time), I believe the TWC should stay.

 

I only manage to keep up to 100 contacts since after deletion my contacts get automatically deleted. There's always Sythe PM box to reach me.
Also I didn't only offered him swap, I also offered refund via GP currency, wich he finally did accept from me.

I do not resell insecure accounts, you might have been confused by the fact that people really sometimes offer me to buy back accounts, and as I haven't given out any other details they remain safe for the new owner.

How can you ever say I gave Mepis half the purchase price if I even haven't ever trades with Mepis. I traded with Trinityy who sold the account to Mepis.

I don't know a lot about this case, Sin, but if hes recovering accounts and not giving full refunds, he should be banned like any other user, not TwC'd.

 

Way to ignore my response to that post. We updated our OMM conversion rates to .5/m before you repaid him, and you used a rate of $1/m. Hence, you paid him half the value.

Yes, I did confuse Mepis and Trinityy, but it's a minor detail - Trinityy wants the refund to reimburse Mepis.

It's a bit more complicated, since he claims to buy the accounts off of an RS goldfarming business in his own country. There's no evidence that he's the one recovering the accounts, and it is true that he helps recover and return the accounts once stolen. However, the concerns are:

1. Whether he was the original owner of the earlier accounts he sold, as he claimed to be. He claims the one occasion that it was proven false was simply a format error, although I have reason to believe otherwise.

2. The difficulty the two traders I spoke with expressed in getting full refunds. Although, I'll need to speak with Ferrari, and have him describe what happened since we last spoke.

3. His history self-vouching and self-bidding, which he already served a temp and TWC for, but which nevertheless casts doubt on his integrity regarding the above issues.

There is only one instance where he intentionally recovered an account to 'get the buyer's attention', although he didn't really explain the situation other than to say he was new, and it was over a few dollars. Perhaps he can elaborate here.

 

Are you serious? Who cares about the OMM conversion rate when we had our own street price agreement with Trinityy.
If so the whole community could begin demanding afwul lot of new refunds despite the old agreements and just considering OMM conversion rate.

Nope, after four month of no word from him and getting banned from Sythe from scamming he's just looking for more..

Yes I actually were, and there were alot of these accounts.

I have video proof of refunding the guy if needed..
