Got some chinese homework to do for tomrrow but im not quite sure, anyone fluent or learning chinese that can help me?

I'm writing a short narative, about 10 sentences long, its suppose to be about how someone got sick

I want my story to be about how David Hurt himself dancing, went to the doctor and got medicine, went to the pharmacy to collect his medicine, the doctor told him to not play ball games, he went and played ball games anyway and broke his arm, and then he died.

can anyone help me out with some of the phrases?

Note: please dont go to google translate and copy paste all of that, the translation turns out wrong with grammar.
    So far i have:

    今天大为起床就吃早饭。然后他去运动场练习。
    大为是跳舞

All I ever learned when I took Mandarin in school was "Ni hao ma" and "Wa heng hao".

Anyway you don't have much so far but I'll polish it up a little for you:

    今天大为起床时吃了早饭,然后去了运动场锻炼身体。

Unsure what "大为是跳舞" is supposed to mean, mind explaining?

Sorry, I don't have a chinese keyboard on hand, I'm sort of on vacation-ish but I took a semester of Chinese so maybe I can help.

So from what I remember, you have "Today, david got up to eat breakfast. Then he went to play sports. David is dancing."

So you can continue to say "Dawei tiaowu hen hao. Ta zhidao tange [wu]. Ta xuexi cang Xuexiao de Tiaowu."
'David dances very well. He knows how to tengo [dance]. He learned from the School of Dance.'
There's three more sentences for you... it's all basic level Chinese so it's not suspicious that you asked for help (in case you're suppose to be doing this on your own, using on what you've already learned). You will have to get out a dictionary and find the correct tones to use though to find the correct characters. Beware of using the wrong tone. It will ruin the entire sentence, as I'm sure you're aware.

    大为跳舞跳的很好。 这是因为大为从小就爱跳舞,每天都练习好几个小时。

The rest is up to you.
