Case is big enough for everything. It's also one of the cases I own, so that in itself is reason to buy it. =]

Motherboard is pretty nice. It has something called OC Genie, which is basically a push button overclock. Very simple, effective, and stable. Requires almost no prior knowledge of overclocking. And with the 2600k, you can grab very high overclocks.

Processor is an i7 2600k. One of the best out now. It's on a newer socket so you can expect the motherboard to be compatible with some of intels latest and greatest processors that have yet to be released.

RAM is 16GB ddr3. Not triple channel as that is not supported on the 1155 socket. It's 1333mhz. Pretty solid, well-known brand.

HD is 1.5TB 7200RPM Western Digital Green. The green means it saves on power. I figured you wouldn't need very much space for a computer used strictly for botting. I would have put an SSD in, but they're unnecessary for the added cost on a botting machine.

For cooling, I suggested the Corsair h60. It's a water cooling block for the processor. Very effective and will help you in keeping the temperatures down when you overclock the CPU or are under a heavy load. Can increase the life of your processor to an extent.

Optical drive does everything except blu-ray.

GPU is still a beast so you have the capabilities to play games like Battlefield and Crysis if you so choose. You can cut costs by going with a less powerful GPU if you'd like, but for the price this one is quite good.

Power supply is suitable for your needs, plus will look good in the case.

If you'd like help with anything else, don't hesitate to ask.

    Thanks,
Why would you choose that i7 over an i5 2500k? Also about how many bots do you think it will be able to run? And the 16 gigs of ram seems a bit overkill wouldnt 8 be enough?

Bigger cache, Hyperthreading, Slightly higher clock speed, Together they make a reasonable difference.

I'm not good at giving bot estimates, but I'd say around 20.

8 would be fine, but you wanna make sure you consider the fact that the OS will be running too. Mine uses about 1.5gb of RAM just idling. So its kind of like it leaves you with whatever you have left over for botting.

and fuck you for dissin my case, haha

I'm an intel person myself. They tend to preform better than AMD. But AMD is cheaper than the intel parts they compare to. No AMD desktop processor really compares to the 2600k.

I personally have run both an Antec 900 and an NZXT TEMPEST EVO. Both run ~ $100...

As Noodles suggested the Antec 300 is a solid case as well and runs about 1/2 the cost of my cases.

If you want an ultra-silent case, my brother just got a Fractal Design R3 and it's dead silent. He spins it up and you barely even hear it... Again, this runs ~$100.

Also... DDR3 1333 is much less than $109.99 now - I actually just saw the same exact ram for $99.99 Lemme find it. First thing I pull up on Newegg is Kingston's HyperX 8GB @ 48.99 (DDR3 1600).
    I saw G.Skills a few days ago at $40.99 (8GB 2x4).
    Here: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231312

And the harddrive he shows has 3 eggs out of 500+ reviews - that's really REALLY poor. I know 93 reviews and 4 eggs isn't much better, but this hard drive is 64.99, same space and same cache size - difference is it runs on a SATA 6.0GBPS... Oh... and it's $10 off until the 15th of August (54.99).

The Corsair cooler - I'm not really sure you need it unless you're overclocking the CPU... Stick with the stock fan (in my opinion).

Yeah, I know your cases are better. Mine works for me.

I actually screwed an extra fan to the holes on the side of the case. one's intake and one is exhaust. I have a dual core i5 650 clocked to 4.5ghz and have never had an overheating problem.

And hard drives cost like a nickel, pick whatever one you want honestly.
