Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
He contacted me on discord, and we had come to an agreement of 2 quivers, and infernal cape, and a fang kit
for $104.28 via paypal. Our agreement was to start the next morning. The next morning, it was still very stormy,
and internet was still very unstable. I talked to shaco (the server owner), and he more or less told me to stop
communicating with the customer, and let him do his job. He assured me, that he would deal with the situation.
I should not have blocked the customer, I should have issued a refund and moved on. I was in the wrong for that.
I am very apologetic, was an honest mistake and will not happen again. Since then, I have still continued
to do services for people, and been trusted with far more than $104.28. I would like a chance to redeem myself,
as I am only human. People make mistakes, I feel its been 6 months, I have paid for my mistake. I am a person
that learns from his mistakes, and I just ask that you dont let this 1 situation define me.
