I just installed the free version of windows media maker to create some rs videos, Its not included in Windows 7, and Its pretty much the same as the previous ones I have used, but all my clips are super super low quality.

I think they are all saved as AVI, someone give me some tips on how to fix the quality of my clips because they seriously just look like pixels at the moment.

I never had problems with it before, I have been using the free HyperCam to record my clips.

You got the one of Windows Live Essentials...

Make sure you select the highest quality when saving it.

    It works for me

It's not necessarily the format that effects quality. It's the codec used to compress it.
