Smithing and crafting

currently level 72 smithing and 75 crafting
what to do to 99 for both?
I am F2p and have about 100m+ to spend

 

My suggestion: Buy a mem pin for 8m, and then do members methods, would save money in the long run.

Smithing: Addy Platebodies -or- Goldsmith Gauntlets while smithing gold.

Crafting: Just do the best Dhide item you can, and do jewlery whenever you can buy gems.

i know your account is f2p but like he said u got 100m cash.. spend 8-10m of that and buy an upgrade from the account upgrade section from trusted users and then it would be much easier to level to 99 in both skills as well as save you more money than if you did it in f2p

You lose ~100gp per hard leather body you craft and they give 35xp each, so it would only cost ~35m for 99. Not sure about the speed though.

if you lose 100gp for 35xp then it cost you around 3gp/xp
12m * 3 = 36m.

 

100m won't get you 99 in both, probably not even one unless you look into a super cheap method of doing it.

Getting 99 in both will be hard.

I got 99 smithing by smithing gold bars by using goldsmith gauntlets, but you need to be p2p for that. I wouldn't train smithing in f2p, far too slow and expensive.

As for crafting, same again. Gold amulets used to be good, and I think that is the only cost effective way of training crafting. Unless you plan to make emerald rings or something. I don't know whether you lose or gain profit, but that is all that I can think of.

Using Iron Ingots (III) [Artisan's Workshop] is very fast Smithing EXP and costs about 70m to 99.

 

gold amulets make a nice sum of money, and are 30k crafting exp/hr

Or use Iron II Ingots, about half the cost and still 70K xp/hr.
