Training 87-99 Strength

Hey guys! I was just wondering where is the best place to train 87-99 strength on a P2P acc. Im 70 attk, 70 def and can buy almost anything you mention that i can wear right now. Would also like to know what gear I should use/inventory setup as well as exp/hr, THANKS

 

What is your Prayer level? If you've got 92+, I STRONGLY recommend Armoured Zombies, seeing as they're like 70k/h+, even at your levels. You don't want to use Full Dharoks, but the regular Whip/Chaotic with your Dragon Defender, a good spec weapon and any good armour, such as void or dharok with torso.

 

Bandits.

 

Troll invasion is easily over 100k xp/h, thus more than any other method. It should be also bot-able.

 

There are many different places, i always think there are 3 important factors to getting fast melee exp:

1st, High HP NPC's to attack
2nd, NPC's with low defence, so you hit regulary
and 3rd, lots of spawns for that NPC So once you have finished killing one move to the next

The golden rule being stay in combat for as much as you can.

Spiders in the barbarian security thing have lots of spawns, low defence and a fair amount of HP, but can be quite crouded.

tzhaar monsters are pretty good too, or Pest Control is good if you join a clan.

 

Bandits is what I did, but I only got around 40k experience an hour.

You should try zombies. I heard it is 100k an hour and you don't need food. Just prayer if I can remember.

 

Green Drag's all the way man, make bank as well.

What's troll invasion?XDDD and for tzhaar monsters, what gear should i use/inventory setup? i got 44 prayer btw
