Not sure if I’m in the correct area, but on 1 December I had an account that was being serviced by MOB shop be uploaded into a jagex launcher that I do not control. I was having six total accounts serviced, and I got an email saying one of my accounts was successfully imported into a jagex launcher. I’m unsure how it was possible for it to happen since I didn’t give the email the account is registered to. So I contacted them, and they have claimed innocence and not taking responsibility for the account. I tried talking with them, to try and find a way forward but they feel they continue to claim innocence , so they aren’t going to provide any solution to this matter.

I can provide many more screen shots and information on this matter.

Also, note that when I saw the account be added to the launcher, I went in, immediately started changing passwords, and also deleted account info from the ticket, which would have been in these screen shots if it was still there

This client has previously paid for boosting services for their accounts on other servers and is fully aware of how their verifications, transactions, and password changes are handled.
The Skills/Quest/Capes service on my server is relatively new. I previously created a thread here on Sythe, but my server didn't have command-line bots to automatically calculate prices, so I haven't used it since. I've only recently reactivated it and have been testing adjustments whenever I've had free time. Because it's not fully operational, I haven't modified the Terms of Service (TOS).
From the beginning, the client has insisted on a refund of the same amount they've made in transactions on our server.

I would never steal a client's account. I'd give one away if I won it in a raffle, but that's not the case. he saw that little loophole in my TOS and tried to take advantage of it.

 

There is a lot of inaccurate information in this post. When I get a moment today I will explain the issues. There was two separate accounts, I didn’t say anything about the other one because it isn’t too important to this situation. But this post tells me you didn’t really understand the issue

I do not have access to that account. It was imported into a jagex account I do not control. And it was not purchased from them. I have tried to submit one, but I do not have any of the new login details for it. I tried submitting one for the login it had, but keeps just saying it cannot find an account associated with that login.

 

Still have yet to finish the refund. I attempted a recovery but without any of the login information for the jagex account they said there is nothing they can do
