    I'm allow to make own website under 18 years old? If i'm allowed where can i get license for it? Need help.

    you can be any age and you dont need a license.

    you need a place to host your website, i would say www.dreamhost.com

    i made a website just for the sake of making a website, didnt bother paying for the second month of hosting.

    Yes, You're allowed but you need to buy a domain or hosting.
