    WTB virtual prepaid card for verification
    Hi looking to buy prepaid visa/mastercard that is able to verify ebay/paypal and such. Must have at least $15 usa still on card.

    Will pay with a verified paypal account.

    Please reply with amount on card and offer.

    I have an american express one with $23 still on it if you are interested. I don't accept paypal but RSGP would do.
