Need urgent advice for botting

First of all - how much bots will my computer be able to run?



Second of all - What is a nice way to make money in F2p. I am only looking to make about 2M.

Cannot be determine how many bots you can run since the memory usage varies.
I bet if you run Ubuntu though you can run more bots then on Windows.

 

rune ess if ur gna run multiple accounts.. as you can easily make 2m from not much botting not sure how many u can run

 

With your specs you'll be able to run 4-6 bots.

My computer is 4GB ram and 2.7Ghz and I can run 8 no problem, but if i run more then 4 then other games (counter-strike) run really slow.
Just change the run 1000mb to 500mb.

 

You could run 6 bots with this, and you won't be able to play any other games.

 

Depends on the bot, probably 4-5 bots that don't take too much CPU resources (soulwars).
Woodcutting yews or regular logs bring in ~30-40k an hour F2P.

 

If you do easy bots that don't take a lot of input...like skilling bots, then I'd say 5 bots, but after that it'll lag you and piss you off lol

My computer is similar except 8gig of ram and I have trouble running more than 5 bots, but it may be the usage the bots I run take up, I usually run 3 nexus fdk and 2 idungpro.

Also is this a laptop? Specs make me think so. Also, why does it say you have 4 gigs of ram but 3.19 useable?

I would say you can run 3 to 6 depending on what you are botting. And I think woodcutting or mining is best for f2p.

 

Try Cheat Engine and Battle Encoder Shirase to limit CPU usage without adversely affecting performance. You'll be able to double, triple the amount of bots you can run.

I can run up to 8 bots on a Pentium 4 'Prescott' 3.2 ghz @ 4 ghz (remember it's a single core, equivalent to only a ~2 ghz core 2 solo when HT is switched off) and 4 GB of RAM. I prefer just a couple though but I'm trying to get a VPS at the moment.

32 bit os prevents all the RAM from being used

 

A lot depends on the type of bot, I have run 10 sorc garden bots on the same computer I mentioned above. Idungpro bots seem to take ip a lot because rooms are always loading new rooms and such.

 

I would say 5-6 anymore and you're going to prolly kill your cpu but as other people said its hard to tell due to the usage of each script is different. you will need to upgrade your processor before you will need to add more ram as well.

 

Id say around 5... My laptop sucks ass and can only hold 3 bots while lagging like a train. I would do Pure Essence... Well that's what I'm doing... Good Luck Botting~ Armeggedon.

 

The fuck... 4-5 bots with those specs? I guess whoever is saying Ubuntu makes a huge difference is right. My computer only has 2 gb ram and a shittier processor, yet I run 8 bots at once with very little computer lag at all on Ubuntu. I don't use Windows so I can't say how many bots would run on my PC on a different OS though.

By very little lag I mean doing routine stuff like browsing the web, watching videos, music, and etc. If I tried to run like Team Fortress 2 or something with the 8 bots it would lag like crazy or not work at all.
