92 herblore, spicy stews in bank, pot to 96 (+1-+6 boost) and make unlimited overloads (just use the 1 minute logout trick, i can teach you if you buy) 50+ overloads (4) banked already, and 2000 of each Extreme melee potion (ALL MONEY IN THE POUCH WILL BE REMOVED)

If you scavanged the bank you could sell the remaining potion and pk sets for as well as the black mask from the slayer helm for around 2-3m for everything, give you enough to start.
