Big Time DirectX Unknown Error [Picture]

So I'm trying to play this new game. But every time I tried to load the 3d image of the game I get this error. I look on youtube and found that people been getting this error with MODw2, or COD. Can anyone tell me how to fix this, I'll actually pay you rsgp if i get it fixed.

Update: I narrowed it down to this. It says there's another driver in it's place but I can't figure out which one I need to disable.

 

What GFX card do you have, have you tried updating the drivers?

 

Update your videocard drivers(go to the manufactures site and find them there), could just be the game.

I have a Dell inspiron1525 do you think if I do a full pc reboot and download everything back it would fix?

and downloading the chipset drivers after selecting your OS and stuff above.

 

You should also try running windows update and scan for updates. It usually detects graphic card drivers that need to be installed (for me, at least) and it solves most of my video card problems.

 

Usually suggests older drivers though, should always go to the manufactures website and get the latest.

When i do windows update it tells me I have the latest Driver. The real problem is that aanother Driver is taking the space of my video driver allowing it not to run. I can't find the other driver thats taking its place for it to run.
