    Riots in London

It's going too far when innocent people are being attacked and their homes and businesses destroyed and looted in a blink of an eye. It's not some kind of revolution by youths, because all they are doing is causing trouble and destroying our community, not focusing on going against the government itself, which most revolutions do.

It's probably idiots and lowlifes like you that riot on the street, thinking that they are invincible against the police. If you don't want to live in a country with police or a government, you should try Somalia. The police aim to protect the majority of citizens, not go against them. I'm sure that if a rioter destroyed your home and looted your possessions, you wouldn't be happy that it was done because "they were against the police".

^ Agreed, it's going way too far when innocent people are being looted for their belongings or when shops are smashed for goods.

Horrible. I heard an interview, in which only a couple stated they were doing it because of the 'accidental(?)' shooting of 1 man. Some were there just because "We like demolishing stuff". If I were in charge, I'd get the army onto this. Shit's going down, I'd go with the hard way.

I really feel shit, I can't imagine people would kill their allies' (working group) lives, because they hate the government? That's utter bullshit.

Good luck to you English folks, and to your families. I'm with you.

Talk calmly nobody listens, destroy a city and your voice shall rain down from the heavens my friend, it's an effective way to get what you want/DESERVE.

Hate to see things like this happen. I work in a restaurant near a retail park and we closed early tonight due to the Comet and Curry's windows being smashed. Police arrived soon enough but it could have been much worse. The rioting is spreading across the country like wildfire and ultimately; there's no need for it. Makes me ashamed to be British when things like this happen.

You don't get respect by being violent and causing chaos, you get respect by earning it.

Personally the riots would be a good thing IF they were rioting for a cause and not for the sake of stealing and just being dicks.

Rioting for a real cause would be amazing.

lol and yet they will still talk shit about America even though the same shit at the same level happens in their country I find this hilarious. The fact is every country is going to have problems. and it sucks for the people injured etc. but all people must face the consequences for their own actions.
