Range Tank Help.

Ok so I'm training to be a range tank. Ive currently got 70 range, 70 defence, 1 magic, 18 prayer and I'm cb lvl 57, I already have my strength to 60 and attck to 50 to level defence much quicker and maybe for void when i can be bothered hehe:nuts:

What I need to know is what to get my levels up to and in what order to get them up in whilst keeping my cb lvl as low as possible. I also need to know when would be a good time to start pking. What are the things I MUST get to be a successful tank? Another thing, what would a good tank outfit be for around 5m?

basically quest att/str xp, and train range to 85+, def is ok for now.
to be successful you need veng really.
and just go for welfare tank,
nezzi
d'hide top
rune legs
snakeskin boots.

You can make gatestones within Dungeoneering, it's 40-55k/h and totally free. Yeah, that's about it for Magic.

 

I'd get prayer to 43, wont put up cb too much and protect helps in wildy.

You'll need vengeance, which is where a lot of your pks will come from with dbolts (e) combo.
