He just scammed me out of a 15th account. He said he would pay $80 but never did. It was legit I even went out and bought 1200 msp so he could change the name and it had gold until October and he scammed me

Reports are reports... He can't add stuff to it. You need to show screenshots of the chat with him - with Skype that should be easy as it tracks histories with people.
