Yeah, worked a 15 hr night shift (11 pm - 2 pm) then went to wu and picked up $, then slept for 4 hrs (3 - 7 pm) then went running, just got home. Ready anytime just pm me your in game name and what world at lumby north fountain you want to meet at and I will brt.

Wulfspade1: Still dominating the reports in all sections. Great job.

 

I kind of have a problem with some of the rs mods. They close everything for pretty much no reason. Like if we're having a discussion they just show up and say something like problem solved thread closed. When people are still discussing stuff.

 

The main reason for closing threads after a question has been answered is to prevent spam.

 

I agree somewhat with what stinger said. Closing threads should only be done when it was a one-dimensional answer, but if it is one that can prompt further discussion I think it should stay open.

 

Pokemoners - heard you're one of the chllest mods to talk to. Will talk to you soon hopefully
Scottay - deserved promotion, I used you as a mm a few times and everything went great.

Farcast - IMO one of the fairest mods. Keep doing what you're doing.
FireZ - good mod, but you're turning sythe into your life (I might be wrong). Just seems like you spend too much time here

Finn - I've seen you in the debates section a few times, and you have some good points.

Sythe - thanks for keeping the site up and running.

 

Been a while since I posted an entire staff feedback, so without further ado:

Add My Msn -Very involved with moderating, I've seen you quite a bit in the RaS/RaSp section, keep up the good work.
Awesome Stranger -Don't really know you but since the promotion I've seen you around numerous times in the RS Section, I like that you still partake in discussions as opposed to strictly moderating.
Cosrob97 -Great promotion, very friendly member and very knowledgeable about Runescape as well, thank you for acknowledging several of my RaSp reports.
CSkiffingt1 -Very professional and understanding. Thank you for listening to what I had to say and taking it into account, looking to see increased activity from you as you promised several posts back.
Determinate -Great Job handling RaSp posts and your continued involvement in the OGV Section.
Djweasel -Great promotion, glad to see you reinstated, very quick to handle spam reports in the market section.
JohnK -Always saw you as a community oriented person, which is why your promotion came to no surprise. Thanks for handling several of my reports in the OT Section, keep up the good work.
Kinaesthic -Regardless of the fact that several have publicly expressed their disapproval of your promotion, I personally believe you have shown exceptional dedication to the Graphics section. Your revival of SoTM alongside Wulf and your tutorials regarding popular software used to create graphics have definitely impressed me.
Louis -Glad to have you back
Pokemoners -Friendly, understanding, caring, & approachable. One of the moderators I respect the most on this elite team, and I hope you continue to impress me.
RsProd -Amazing job heading the OGV Team, although it's sad to see you go, I know it's for the right reasons and would do the same if I were in your shoes. Good luck with everything that's going on and I hope you can pop in from time to time to say hi.
Sacro -Doing a great job heading the unofficial Sythe IRC & a very pleasant person to chat with.

Wulfspade1 -Can't say I'm surprised when I saw the promotion from Sectional > Global, you definitely deserve it. Really an "all around" moderator, I always see him answering Spam/Scam reports, posting on disputes, and on top of all that, continue being active in the community, through middlemanning and trying your best to make low activity sections more active such as the GFX area.

Finn -Very active admin & pleasant to chat with, keep up the good work Finn and kudo's on the previous round of promotions.
Giverny - Always a pleasure when dealing with Giverny, very quick to answer and does things straight away as opposed to putting them off. I've also seen you post on several discussions in the Off Topic area so it's good to see you more involved in the community.
Matthew -Haven't really talked with you, but I can only imagine how frustrating it is to deal with donations and the likes, keep it up.
Govind -Haven't seen you around recently, but that's probably just because I'm more involved in different sections of the board and most of the stuff you do is behind the scenes, always good to see you on IRC and TC
Sythe -Amazing job heading the website, keep up the good work, also to go with what Sengira posted, a lot of the special disputes are still ongoing and seem to have been buried in the mountain of disputes, I'm sure you'll get to them in due time.

Awesome Stranger - I have never seen any of your posts, unless it's on a thread that you closed. You close threads way too pre-maturely, when they should be left open. I'm not the only one who thinks this (have talked about it with another moderator on MSN).

Examples:

1) http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1201453

• No, we didn't "all know it was down now", and it was nice to know. There was no need to close that thread.

2) http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1201360

• The thread was about glitches with the new update, not the update itself.
• "RS has updated, go see for yourself. Closing." Yes, everyone already knew that, hence the thread on finding glitches with the new update.

3) http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1199828

• Wait, what? Who cares if it was answered. People were still discussing, leave it be.

There's a ton more that I won't mention though. Doing one search for posts by you, on the first page (showing 50 posts per page), at least half of them are you closing a thread for either being answered, or another dumb reason.

Please stop being so lock happy.

 

Gotta agree with dia, you're a good mod and all but you close threads a bit too much in the RS section.

 

I agree with the above 2.
The only reason to close a thread (if there are no rules broken) is if the question has been answered and there is no discussion still going on.

Those 3 were still being discussed, don't see a reason for them to be closed.

 

Give him a break, he's new, he'll improve from this feedback.
