weps for my 1 def pure?

looking to know some of the better weps for training on a 1 def pure currently 40 atk n 65 str is a member I can raise attack obviously.

please all I ask is

-no quests
-no skill requirements other than the combat stats needed

 

No point staying at 40 attack.
Get 60 attack and get d scim or if you don't want to do monkey madness buy backsta~ blade - it's cheap now.

 

what is this backsta blade n whats its str bonus as well as stats req?

 

40 attack - Brine Sabre
60 attack - Brackish Blade
70 attack - Saradomin Sword

These are in your best interests for training strength.
