TWC Possibly - Mr. Bubbles

Alright well i was going to order skill training from Mr. Bubbles, i was just about to send the money to his paypal, but i decided to search his paypal email to make sure he wasn't a vader or anything, and i found an old profile of his. It wasn't banned, but it was really fishy, the account hasnt logged in for over a year, i linked him to it asking if it was his, he said no, 2 seconds later it logs in, i brought up how everyone was calling him a scammer on his pin selling thread, then the profile goes to the pin selling thread, he kept saying it wasn't his then the profile goes to "Modifying Profile" then he removed his email and logged off his sythe account.

Im really not sure if this is enough to give him a twc, but i really think it should be.

He just kept denying it was his, if would of said it was his, i probably wouldn't of cared, its not like its banned or anything, its just really weird, why would he deny it, i dont get it.
