vista - running application without permission

so my mom put on parental controlls on vista, that includes downloading things, but now i cant play games that are already downloaded, does any1 have any idea on how to give a user infinite permission to run certain programs

 

Only way you can do it is to log on her account and change it.

There are some ways to do it, YouTube it.

I have a disk I can boot from to reset passwords, unlock accounts, and such.

You could just teach her a lesson and format the computer.
Or, figure out how she's using the parental controls and look around for ways to bypass it. Just remember, there's a way around everything.
