Easiest way from 1-60 Defence?

Hey guys, so i wanna start playing RS Again, and my goal outfit atm is this:

Red Hween
D Chain
D Legs
Fury
Obby Cape

And so on...

So i want 60 defence whilst keeping attack and strength at 1, i'm currently botting cows in F2P, but what should i do once i'm slightly higher? any tips of the best ways to get 60 defence the fastest with 1 attack and 1 strength?

 

get members and do Soul Wars otherwise i suggest monks after cows considering ur stuck with the same max damage all the time so it can take a while

 

What monks? and what should i wear against them and where should i kill them? also, are there any free decent soul wars bots?

 

Soul Wars is probably better than monks.
monks are in the monastery west of Edgeville, they hit practically nothing I think. Get a paid SW bot to do the job; free ones will get you banned.

 

The monks at the monestary west of edgvill their low got like 150hp and can heal themself?(or they used too)

what u wear against them just ur best weapon/armour u can wield

only used the first one myself it was "decent" enough for me but its just how the rating of the game goes i usually go to the team that wins but then the other team wins so their it depends on also

place ur attack style on defence to protect urself from gaining att/str xp or use a bow and just heal players

 

If you have 44 prayer go to bandits.

I'm pretty sure there's none. Level 3's do it all the time.

 

There is one downfall depending on whether this effects you or not. Soulwars is similar to Pest Control in terms that it gives zeals, what you do then is spend the zeals on defence xp. If you wanted to train Hitpoint you wouldn't be getting any from the zeals unless you were sharing them out between Hitpoint and Defence.

 

I guess training hitpoints wouldn't be too bad, because what i plan on doing is skilling for a while but i might go to combat after a bit, so i guess it's more of a question of how long it would take to train 1-60 by not doing soul wars, how many points do you get a soul wars game btw?

 

If you bot straight cows for a day or so, you'll have 60 defence. No need to switch monsters.

 

I got 60 def in about a day or 2, u get around 5k xp p/h with 1 att/str
