Mods, If you check in the Private Guide Forum (Sythe.Org > Runescape Markets > Runescape Guides > Unverified Guides > Private Guide Forum) You will see that one of the guides that is currently in the process of being verified is a lure guide (Author: Jexhale)

If you look at the topic in question and scroll down to post #7 you will see the following post by Jexhale:

I received the link to download the guide directly from ll_xix via Private Message, and it is the exact same as the one submitted by Jexhale, causing me to believe that once he purchased the guide off of Jexhale, he proceeded to try and sell it as his own.
