I've seen it before on many different forums, it's useful in showing like "Hey, if you post something like this, you'll get infracted" to everyone else.

I don't see why you have a problem with this, the person was being an idiot.
They deserve something like that.

 

Sythe users must read the rules and know what could get them in trouble, mods don't have to do this here in sythe, this is a good job by Determinate though.

 

Whats the problem? I used to do it, but normally to posts that have done something wrong but still contributes, or something.

 

I don't see the problem, it's just letting others know that if they post the same message they will get infracted.

 

First I lol'd, but then I realize it's probably to prevent others from reporting it. Then I lol'd again because he should have just deleted the post.

 

I really don't see a problem with this, the mod was just reminding people that they can receive an infraction if they do a post like that. It helps
