Zeals Vs XP

Hey there guys,
Its been a while since i've used this forum but basically my next goal is 99 str, im currently on 92, i was just wondering whether it would be better to get somebody to bot my account for zeals or training xp, as in fighting monsters?

I would like to avoid the ban hammer as much as possible, can you tell me whats cheapest and what monsters i should get someone to train?

btw if anyone can bot my account or knows anyone who can that would be much appreciated

Most of the time, if not always xp out of soulwars, especially when training higher levels, is better than zeals.

Example, living rock creatures can gain you up to 75k+ an hour in str if geared right.

 

use flawed trolls at rsbuddy which can get up to 100k exp per hour with d claws and pots

 

Bot EXP Rather than zeals, XP is always gonna be the fastest way of training any skill (I think) otherwise if say a minigame was a faster method, nobody would actually do the actual skill so the skill itself would be pointless.

 

Exp, it's safer than zeals (if ur botting) imo

 

At 4 zeals/hr (the accepted average rate in sw), you get approximately 40k/hr MAXIMUM if you were level 98 in the skill you were training. As everyone here pointed out, you can get 75-120k/hr using traditional combat.

 

Botting with strength at soul wars is your best option, because you get some decent xp, and you get the zeals a long with it.

 

You can also gain normal xp in soul wars, so it's not that bad of a option.

 

I agree with above said posts, but I personally think SW is a good method for helping raise constitution/hp, since it's more difficult to raise normally.

 

just bot EXP twice as much xp then getting zeals.
