Poems.

I have not seen any Literary Arts section, or anything similar. I am just wanting to see if we have any poets out there, and if so please post your favorite piece of poetry (that you composed). If this is the wrong section, will a staff member please move it?

Cry

Today I must say goodbye,
To leave in sorrow my ally.
Let me go, do not defy,
That you do will make me cry.

I know that you will find it hard,
Sad and worried, alone afar.
It will not leave you a scar,
Knowing that's who you really are.

I'm still with you, in your heart,
Jumping with joy, not apart.
We can live with one another,
Drowned and lost, no other.

Today I return from my ship,
Off the road, on a ship.
I look at you, and you're so shy,
I just wonder, did you Cry?​

Wings whispering in the wind,
Songs in languages unknown,
The rustling in the bush,
Flash of colour, like rainbow like swamp,
Life of the forest evident,
Without. Silence.
The peace, the tranquility,
Birds.
