Gravite or Chaotic?

Hey.

So I'm having a dilemma deciding whether I should max one of my Pures into a Gravite Pure (45 Attack, 99 Strength, Range, Magic and 1 Defence) or a Chaotic Pure (80 Attack, 99 Strength, Range, Magic and 1 Defence).

Please discuss the pros and cons of each and which type of Pure I should create.

F2p or P2p, choose one, then you picked what type of pure you want Simple.

 

Well gravite pures are really only limited to f2p unless you plan on getting 50 attack for granite maul. Even then you can't expect to hit 400s with a gravite weapon, I would defiantly go for chaotic. It would put you at a higher level, with higher hits, and you would be able to fight lower level rune pures and get free rune sets while only risking 50k.

 

if you want to f2p pk then get gravite, if you want to p2p then chaotic. gravite is pointless in p2p

 

I would advise that you go for a gravite pure first. Once you get bored of it, get 80 attack and a chaotic.

 

imo 60 att pures are much more fun. chaotic pures hit like half of your opponents health in 1 hit, so they just eat and eat, gets old fast. Also, loots are trash. 60 attack brids are the most fun imo.

 

I voted for Chaotic. However, I don't think you'll enjoy yourself with 1 defense at 80 99 1. You'll be like 85 combat. Everyone around you will be zerkers/mains. You'll pretty much get your ass handed to you by people with defense. I was quickly disappointed by having a maxed out AGS pure (~87 combat) with 1 def, and just changed it to a zerker. Never looked back.

 

Let's say I'm planning to stake in P2P.

Would Chaotic be more of a benefit/advantage compared with other levels who I would compete with?

Of course chaotic's would improve your changes of winning a duel lol. Rapier staking and have higher levels x2 you.

 

I would go for chaotics, Gravite is too close to Rune and you'd just be worse off with those lower styled weapons, and wouldn't be able to use some other weapons to pull of combos.

 

Chaotic is overall better. However those few extra combat levels up from 60 attack could potentially put you up against initiate pures and lower level zerkers if you plan on pking.

Gravite should only be an option if you wish to stay non members. In member worlds there is no point to a 45 attack pure as you have access to no decent special attack weapons to finish people off such as a granite maul.

 

Gravite pure pking is a lot of fun in nonmembers. I have a decent one and it does very well

However, if you plan on getting members, 45 attack will fail for pking/staking

 

Chaotic hands down, Gravite just isn't worth it (Maybe the 2h, but that's only if you do oodles of f2p pking)

Chaotic all the way lol, gravite you only really want for like F2P Pking and stuff, where as Chaotic is the top weapons of P2P tbh

 

I got both on my main, in FTP g2h can be heaps of fun but chaotic is good for pvm+pking so IMO get chaotic

 

Tryout the gravity at first and see if you get any good loot at that combat level. If not then go up to 80.
