how to trigger random events?

I was wondering if there's anyway to trigger random events. Is there anyway you can improve your random event rate? (such as certain skills or areas)

 

just sit in one area long periods of time, then teleport somewhere.

works at bandits like that mostly but i have no clue elsewhere

 

Gain a large amount of xp in a random-less area such as Daemonheim or Soul Wars, then exit that area. Most of the time you will get a random immediately.

 

You get more randoms if you have high EXP/hr. They happen almost once every half-hour if you're imbuing Crimsons.

 

Everytime im done botting dung and then leave daemonheim I get a random instantly.

 

Correct, aim for around 400k xp do something like herblore/fletching.

 

If you stay in Soul Wars doing fletching/herblore/alching, you get a random once you walk out.

 

make wines 800k xp per hour Random like every 5 - 10 mins

 

Yea what everyone is saying, after chinning mummies and finishing 20 prayer pots as soon as I go bank I get a random event

 

This works, but really you're getting randoms slower in SW. They are triggered at the same rate, only you have to leave in order to get the random. Since you don't know when one is triggered, you will doubtlessly waste some time in SW while you've already triggered one to occur.

However, one way you can do it without wasting time is by setting up RsBuddy and going to Edit > Disable Anti-Randoms. It'll run until it hits a random and log out.

That's gonna be even less effective than standing around at SW bank fletching for 2 hours....

Who knows how many times you'll have to enter and exit before you get the random.

 

forgive me if this is stupid but i think its called RANDOM event for a reason.

 

I always get one when I exit daemonheim after a few dungeons.

 

there was a guide on youtube before, but I think that way is patched now.

 

I usually gain 100k+ dung exp go check reward shop and get a random I got 85-86 summon from all the randoms lol

 

A random occurs every time you gain abour 60,000 XP. You can trigger a random when you want it to be triggered by gaining the said amount of xp in a randomless area - soulwars or Daemonheim. When you get 60k xp the random is put on hold and as soon as you walk out it gets you instantly.

 

There is another way but im not sure if its patched, try look it up. You bury one bone, then bury another one exactly 15 minutes later and you get a random event. It was like that 2 years ago however im not sure if its patched

 

rogues den or hideout whatever it is called where everybody goes to cook is good for randoms.

 

I got heaps of randoms from chinning+praying normally atleats 1 an hour
