Remove RuneScape Market Sub-Forum

Market sub-forum to remove: http://sythe.org/forumdisplay.php?f=526

Why: This sub-forum is often a place for users to post their maxed accounts. People seem to not understand that 70+ defense accounts don't belong there. Also, it's stupid that there is a sticky saying that 70+ defense isn't allowed because after combat level 130, you'd have over 70 defense.

I suggest we change the name of this sub-forum to Characters: Levels 60-130. There, you'd state that anything with over 70 defense won't belong there.

Support! This is long overdue and im growing tired of the amount of threads needing to be moved :')

 

I support, at those levels an account isn't really a pure or skiller anymore.

 

Who is it hurting keeping it more organized?

I don't see a reason to not keep it.

 

I agree, i always see 70+ defense accounts being put into wrong sections. This would definately clear up the confusion and hopefully help out ppl who cant read sticky's.

Personally, having dealt with pures pretty much my entire RS career, I think the "Pures" section should be divided into the following categories:

-1-19 Defense Pures
-Initiate Pkers
-Rune/Berserker Pkers
-Dragon Pkers
-Barrows/DFS/Torva Pkers
-Range/Mage Tank Pkers

EDIT: And an "Other Pkers" section

As opposed to having them all smushed into one of two categories, this would narrows it down more and help people navigate and find/sell the particular account they're looking for.

 

Personally i think ur confusing it more, but i like the idea

it should say Pures and Skillers then go into this format IMO

-Skillers
-1 - init pures
-Rune/Zerk
-Barrows+ Pures
-Range/Mage/Hybrid/Tanks
-Turmoil Pures

EDIT: Turm can be placed in rune/zerk section since the lowest def u can have for turm is 28 and most of us dont make barrows turm pures but turmoil zerk pures

Not sure on your lay-out but I agree, there are too many different types of pures.

Don't forget the "Skillers" section.
