Policy:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL! I am not liable if something goes wrong after you purchase the account. All accounts will come with 50 mil unless there is a shortage of meso which does happen from time to time. All accounts are created by Eldon unless stated otherwise. Under no circumstances will I ever recover an account unless you have charged back the funds you used to pay with. Once the buyer has received full info, I am not liable if the account is hacked, I do not want your account at all and I do not have key loggers at all. If your account is banned you may request a refund (a fraction will be taken out for the time I used to level the account, and it must have been when I was leveling it) or wait for another account. If you did order powerleveling with your own account (one that didn't start from level 1) then according to the terms above, I am not responsible for your account if something happens. If the owners account is banned (one that didn't start from level 1) the owner may request a refund OR ask for it to be replaced (only one character). Accounts lvl 150+ will not be replaced due to the length of time and you may request a refund ( a fraction from the time taken). My policy may change at any time. I have the right to refuse service to anyone I choose (time length/difficulty/or the risk of leveling).
