1. Account infractions & server responsiblity

We're not responsible for any bans, mutes or other restrictions on your account during or after the service of gold transfer or any type of boosting or training.



2. Account handling & Service tracking

We strive to order a new RDP for a new order. This way we make sure the IP and HWID that might be tracked are as exclusive as possible. However, you may opt out from this, and allow us to train on our own hardware.



This means there's a whole machine (as in RDP) available exclusively for your account. This will battle with Jagex's continually sharpened anti-RWT methods. It also allows customers to have a real-time view on what's happening on their account, using screen-sharing software.



3. Refunds on purchased accounts

As by Sythe's rules we are obligated to ensure a 1-month recovery/locked guarantee. This means if an account is lost bought from us, you can get your money back. However we currently do not resell accounts and do not plan to do so. Any account ordered is guaranteed to be handmade by us.



4. Transaction fees

Any transaction fees for crypto purchases will be covered by the sender. You can also request the server owner to cover any fees. Any transactions required for the services will have to be completed before the service is being started.



5. Bans/mutes

During the service we are not liable for any bans, mutes, or any penalties during or after service completion. This means we will not be held accountable for any accidental gains of experience. This includes attack and defence. We will not, ever, bot or use any unallowed software on your account. You have a right as a customer to see the screen the account is being trained on (see rule 1)



6. No HCIM rule

We do not provide services on HCIM's. This may be different for some(what) safe activities. However, this is always trained on the user his/her risk.



7. Deadlines and goals

In case a deadline is set on a service provided and the specific goals are not met on time, the customer in this agreement is allowed to cancel the service with no rights on a refund.
