Anyone from the UK want cannabis legalised?

    HM Government E-petition:
    http://epetitions.direct.gov.uk/petitions/29

100,000 people is needed to sign this, then they can take it to the house of commons and possibly get it legalised.

For those who like to smoke weed, why not.

Good luck with it, though I really doubt it'll go anywhere.

Why not, It'll be interesting to see how many votes it gets and then watch it get denied pretty quickly in parliament :')

I don't really care to be honest.

All I know is that it will never get through parliament. Take for example the tens of attempts to gain female suffrage that women made in the early 1900's. These attempts weaved their way into parliament but were all denied for many years until after the war. Even after this the people campaigning for female suffrage didn't receive it, only the middle aged women with certain requirements received it at first.

The government is the same today. These propositions can be made but they probably won't ever be worthwhile.

    Pretty much this.

But seeing the state of the things, won't be suprised if somewhere down the line it does become legal.
