Some Questions About Botting

I'm sure there's been atleast one thread like this before, so if you know one off the top of your head and just want to refer me to it instead of answering that's fine...I couldn't find one.

I don't bot often on rs, and when I do I do it for short periods of time or pay someone to do it for me. I'm thinking about getting my main to 99 defence from 93 botting, but I've never really botted anything on it over 1 hour and don't want to get it banned or reset just because I was too lazy to do 20 hours work. Assuming I used a payed bot and didn't do it 24/7 (maybe 10-12 hours a day max), what are the odds of getting banned/reset now adays? And assuming it would be a 2 week ban, would they reset just my defence back to 90 or would they also reset stats like strength/attack/mage/pray which I have done legit.

Uhm, as far as resets go, you're looking at all the stats' experience being slashed in half, as well as losing items and cash (this doesn't always happen). If you use PerfectFighter and bot in a pretty secluded spot you should be safe, but it's not a guarantee

 

If you set carefully the bot with right setting,also care about the breaks and the place you train(of course dont go to a glitche training area)i will recomend you waterbirth at dragonoth there are nobody there and if you use btp you will be able to get 75/h for long time as you have the tab.Thats was i did whit my main got me 90-99 str,85-97 defence and 93-99 atack.Hopelly it help you!good luck...

Use auto soulwars pro, lower chance than any auto fighters.
Plus You can 24/7. No worries.

 

just get idung pro, its slow defence training but safe. botted for 6 days straight 24/7 on my main and got 91-95 def

 

Was thinking about getting 80 dung, but that wouldn't get me 6 levels. I think my questions answered though, and doing it half botted half legit would probably cut down the chance of being banned. Thanks guys any more tips/answers to my questions welcome

 

Ive safely botted 10-12 hours training strength in the stronghold (spiders)

not many people, nobody complains, about 45k per hour.

i did get rolled on a different account though, 99 mage went to 93, along with a bunch of other stats taking a hit from 4-8 lvls.

 

20 hours to get 93-99 defense by hand?
How the hell do you work that out? :/

 

Also remember to babysit your bot. Check on the bot every 15 minutes if you have the window minimized. Talk to other players and maybe do a short quest in the middle of it all.

 

If a couple of people decide to report you you will be banned. Nobody here can tell you for sure if you will get banned or not, paid scripts are safer but they don't guarantee anything.

 

Just to let you know, been 24/7 on my account for a while now on woodcutting, got it from 15-83 WC on oaks so far. Breaks are on, every 108 minutes for 7 minutes.
I'm not banned. Been quite a while now.

 

I've recently joined the whole Botting phase - Runescape botting, that is. Botted diablo 2 for god knows how long, and well lets just say getting banned in d2 is annoying as all hell. So, no matter -what- bot you use, it is never 100% safe. Paid bots are obviously more 'safe' than a free bot. this isn't always 100% the case, though. point is, (which I think you've already understood) is just to bot in moderation. Some bots you can get away with 24/7ing. For me, i'm using Perf SW. And, its been running without break for quite a long time. (had a few problems when i was running it with a break. It would break before the game ended and I basically lost out on a lot of zeal.)
