Smite Services & Flawless both stakeholders in each others servers while posting/bumping topics

Smite Services is an admin in Flawless. Flawless is also staff in Smite Services.

Both have topics in same sections

As they are admin staff in each of their servers, that transcends merely being a worker. Therefore, only one of them should be bumping topics in each section.

This report is baseless retaliation stemming from Liam's dissatisfaction with a graphics order timeline at Smite Services. No scam occurred, no rules were broken, and this is a transparent attempt to damage both businesses over a personal grievance.
NO PARTNERSHIP EXISTS - TWO SEPARATE BUSINESSES,
Smite Services: Owned and operated by Heisenberg, managed by him and Tefa
Flawless: Owned and operated by me, with 6+ staff members
These are completely separate businesses with separate ownership, separate finances, and separate operations. We have a commission referral arrangement for future services integration:
When services are sold through my Discord, I receive a commission for facilitating the sale
There is no financial cross-ownership - my money is mine, Heisenberg's is his
ORIGIN OF THE RELATIONSHIP - VENDOR TO COLLABORATION,
I hired Heisenberg over a year ago to handle my graphics work. He has been consistently employed by Flawless for:
All Discord server graphics and branding
All website graphics and design work
Ongoing graphics maintenance and updates
Over the past year, we became friends and recognized an opportunity to provide better service to our respective customers by coordinating our complementary offerings (accounts + services). This led to the current commission referral arrangement - NOT a partnership or ownership stake.
DUAL-EMPLOYED STAFF IS EXPLICITLY ALLOWED,
Heisenberg and Tefa individually work for both businesses in separate capacities:
In Smite Services (their business):
Heisenberg: Owner
Tefa: Manager
In Flawless (my business):
Heisenberg: Contracted graphics designer (active employment for all server/website graphics)
Both work as commissioned sales employees to handle my account sales when I'm unavailable (timezone coverage)
When they sell MY accounts, THEY receive individual commission - NOT Smite Services as a business
They maintain a small inventory sheet (1 of each account type) to serve customers until I can restock
They are 100% replaceable in my sales operation and have zero ownership in Flawless
Sythe's rules explicitly permit this: "Workers, however, are not liable for anyone's actions but their own." Workers can be employed by multiple businesses.
MY "ADMIN" ROLE = TRANSPARENCY, NOT MANAGEMENT,
I have admin access in Smite Services Discord purely to audit commission opportunities from services sold through my Discord. Audit logs will show I have never answered a single customer ticket in Smite Services - I don't manage their business, I monitor my referral commissions for transparency.
NO THREAD LIMIT VIOLATION,
We sell completely different products in different sections:
Flawless: OSRS accounts (bumping account sale threads)
Smite Services: GP and services (bumping service threads)
The threads Liam claims are "improperly bumped" have ZERO BUMPS. They were posted days ago and haven't been bumped yet. The only actively bumped threads this month are my account threads - which Smite Services doesn't sell.
We have no conflicting threads. Even the GP sales are from separate entities/inventories.
THIS IS TARGETED HARASSMENT,
Liam is currently in a heated dispute with Smite Services over graphics delivery timelines. No fraud occurred - he's unhappy with wait times. Instead of handling this appropriately, he's filing false reports to damage both businesses.
This report was filed during his dispute escalation, and he's simultaneously active in unrelated threads attempting to manufacture controversy.
CONCLUSION: Two separate businesses with a normal vendor-to-collaboration evolution, dual-employed workers (explicitly allowed), no threads improperly bumped, and transparent retaliation. Happy to provide Discord audit logs showing complete operational separation if staff requires proof.

 

This is just another of the many false reports Liam has filed against established businesses in recent week. His pattern is clear: when he doesn't get his way in legitimate disputes, he weaponizes the reporting system to harass vendors and create public spectacles.
LIAM'S PATTERN OF ABUSE:
Enters dispute with vendor (graphics timeline with Smite Services)
Realizes he has no legitimate claim (no scam occurred, just unhappy with wait times)
Files false reports against unrelated aspects of the business to create damage
Simultaneously floods other scam threads to manufacture controversy and attention
Gets reprimanded by community/staff for wasting everyone's time
Repeats the cycle
THIS SPECIFIC REPORT:
Liam filed a "1-thread limit violation" complaint against threads that have never been bumped. He didn't even verify his own accusation before filing. This isn't a good-faith report - it's a transparent smear campaign because he's losing his graphics dispute.
THE REAL VIOLATION:
Liam is not acting as a concerned community member - he's abusing the dispute system as a weapon. He's filing demonstrably false reports, wasting staff time, and damaging legitimate businesses because he's personally upset.
REQUEST FOR ACTION:
I'm formally requesting that moderators:
Dismiss this report immediately as the baseless harassment it is
Review Liam's recent reporting history for patterns of abuse
Issue appropriate consequences for weaponizing the dispute system (TWC minimum, given the pattern)
Vendors shouldn't have to defend against fabricated accusations every time a customer is unhappy. This behavior destroys the integrity of Sythe's dispute resolution process and wastes staff resources that should be protecting actual scam victims.
