Does Player Auctions IP ban?

I've reached my monthly limit on my Player Auctions account and I'm thinking about just making another account, Will they IP ban? Should I use a proxy?

Also I'm going to be buying a virtual gift card on Giftcards.com, Has anyone used something like this on PA? Did it work? Lots of questions need lots of answers.

 

If you break their rules too many times, yes.

 

Don't make another account, proxys wont help you your payment won't clear. They check for multiple accounts when payment is verifying. They will ban all accounts except the original one created. It's in their rules only one account per household so you can't even say its your brothers etc.
