Carded Accounts

Now I know you cant sell xbox accounts with a credit card attached nor the Chinese site ones that buy the microsoft points. My wondering is since you can sell xbox accounts if you take the Cresit card off. But what about paypal because I know you can take that off the account too I'd like a ruling on that or does that fall into carded.

Say I buy an account, put my paypal on it to buy some points then take it off and resell it. Is that carded still?

To me I think that's fine as long as it's off so I'd like to hear any other views.

 

I honestly don't see a problem with this being implemented. Is the paypal option new? I remember seeing it the other day but cant recall if its been there long.

 

Paypal is new I believe you can buy microsoft points with it not sure about live but if it's taken off it's the same as a cc.

 

I believe its allowed if its your own paypal and you take it off. But if its a stolen paypal account thats charged I know thats not allowed. Or at least it shouldn't be. I fucked up the other day and sold an account with my paypal on it stilla dn the faggot charged my paypal, And I cant get the money back. :/.

 

I think that it's allowed if the paypal is your own but I think it should be a requirement to take it off.
