Ok, so let's take a look into this.

Bboy is in team 404. He is know to be part of team 404.

Take a look into hes videos, in one of them it says this: Showing you a first person view of how the clan citadal xp bug was performed.
More than 50m xp was gained.
The glitch in this video was found/performed by: Team 404

So, the problem here is either self vouching, or a team member helping him to vouch.

 

His ips don't match team 404 and I'm sure team members are allowed to vouch each other (assuming they don't know each other irl).
