Need some help, Maul or rapier?

EDIT: I dont want to take the time to get them both,

So is a whip closer to a rapier then a maul is to a gs or?

I plan on doing slayer and bossing at sometime. I plan on turning my 1 def pure into a 70 def pure.

 

Maul if you know how to use it without having your opponents vengeance murder you.....rapier if you want a more fair/easier fight.

Do cls its way under rated extremely accurate and rapes if not maul is boss for pures and lower def.

 

ive asked this once before too, they told me rapier - staking and maul - pking

You can view the weapon speeds on RuneScape's website so you can make an accurate analysis and compare the ratios.

 

Rapier is the best im my opinion, i perfer maul when pking and rapier when trainning.

 

maul when pking, chaotic long sword best when bossing, rapier is like a neutral

 

rapier for staking, maul for pking i have every chaotic.
