Regarding Ban evaders...

The site seems almost dead.... theres 2x the amount of guests as members

Would we allow someone to come back if they were market banned and twc with no chance of removal just to make the site more active at least idk I just think ban evaders should be allowed to some sort of extenet as long as they are market banned rank twc and ut says do not trade with this user they scam. Is this a bad suggestions Im just posting what I think could be good way to get the site better and if in a year or something they can post a high pardon to maybe have market banned remove because firez does all these free things to find ban evadders without even doing anyzthing for anyone lol...

tl dr would you like to see some banned users return with twc and market ban

true, but some was a long time ago others are just trying to get back to scamming so it goes both ways

yah but some people who did contribute who scammmed only to get banned like someone like classics been trusted with like 2b before free trade shit and he scammed 100m only to give it back and only to take a small amount some deserve a 2nd chance other then high pardons its hard to go on just words after someone scammed

lets say we did this someone came back a super helpful contributing member they could apply for a high pardon this obviouslz would be a suggestion case by case

Banned members can post high pardons in the Dispute Forum. The staff will determine whether the banned member will be allowed back on sythe.org.

Yes super and Im asking for another way staf fmight of not liked a person banned members can come back for a while to see if there good to the community to me it looks shittz we have 200 members and 600 guests on if we allowed like 1-3 of those guests back wiht a twc and market maybe the site would be more active

If there market banned with a twc and a usertitle that says this user is a scammer if there are all those factors and you still get scammed you deserve to get scammed lol.

 

im not telling i got scammed,since i trade with legit guys even if i go first thats cause i trust them but the point is a scammer remains a scammer and since no one will trade with some1 that got a TWC whats the point to unban him?

Nothing proves anyone wont scam but if your twc market banned and user title how could anyone trust you.

 

If the banned member wants to come back all scams have to be paid back before any high pardons are considered by staff.

Also a twc, many well known members were twced at one point and still handled several more trades than many staff.

If someone is benificial to the community, but scammed, they already CAN come back with a twc and market ban, but this is a case per case basis

 

They can only come back if proof of scams being paid back is present in the pardon and accepted my staff as a reformed member. Also most of the time a market ban isn't used as punishment unless fishy activity is being displayed in the market.
